Nikita Blair is a Guyanese writer currently residing in Edinburgh, Scotland. She has a degree in Communications Studies from the University of Guyana and a Masters in Creative Writing from Edinburgh Napier University.

Her non-fiction has been featured in the Stabroek News, CARICOM Today blog and the Commonwealth Foundation Blog.

Her fiction, published under N.A. Blair, has appeared in Strange Horizons magazine and Clarion West’s The Seventh Week newsletter.

Nikita is one of the founding editors and contributors to mattie, a Guyanese digital literary magazine focused on publishing works by local and diasporic Guyanese writers.
